Will you be the newest HR Business Partner to join our team in Auburn during an exciting chapter of growth?  This is a strategic role where you'll partner with leaders and GOgetters across the full employment lifecycle, helping shape a safe, inclusive and high-performing culture.

  • Providing expert guidance on workforce planning, performance, employee relations, investigations, and return-to-work programs
  • Ensuring procedural fairness and integrity in everyday practices, deploying both professionalism and empathy in your interactions
  • Supporting growth of internal talent through succession planning and career development
  • Developing policies that align with legislation and best practice
  • Using data to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Promoting our values of inclusion, integrity and sustainability in everything you do

Do you have:

  • A degree, ideally in HR, psychology, commerce or economics
  • Five or more years' experience in HR/People & Culture, including 2 years in a business partnering role
  • Experience supporting operational teams – ideally in manufacturing, logistics or waste management
  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and HR best practice
  • Confidence using HRIS and Microsoft Office tools
  • Communication skills that include a flair for drafting and influencing stakeholders at all levels

We reward in-person collaboration and are proud of our supportive team environment.  We look forward to you joining us in person five days a week.  This role involves also travel across the Sydney metro area and occasional visits interstate.  PPE is required when on site so you'll need to.
