ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about creating meaningful connections and delivering exceptional service? This role will be based onsite at one of our newly built Mosaic Developments in Broadbeach. In this dual role as a Resident Services Manager/ Client Experience Executive, your role is vital in enhancing the living experience and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, while managing a property management portfolio.

The day-to-day duties of this role will include, but not limited to:

• Provide exceptional customer service, manage email communications and resident enquiries, coordinating maintenance requests, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring timely escalation to the appropriate department while keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Provide residents with guidance on building amenities, by-laws and processes, while monitoring compliance and reporting ongoing infractions to the Body Corporate Committee.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and oversee amenity bookings.
• As directed, and in conjunction with the Committee, promote community social events and foster a connected resident culture.
• Full end-to-end property management of a residential portfolio.
• Facilitate building inductions for residents and contractors and provide seamless support for all move-in and move-out processes.
• Carry out other related ad-hoc duties as requested by Management

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A solutions-focused professional who is committed to delivering outstanding service.
• Demonstrated experience working as Property Manager, with a current Real Estate Registration Certificate
• A solid understanding of residential building operations, by-laws, and basic facilities management is highly valued.
• A keen eye for detail, strong organisational and communication skills
• A great team player who works well with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, property management software and digital tools (e.g. PropertyMe, Inspect Real Estate)
