About Reivernet Group
The Reivernet Group is made up of seven entities: RN Projects, Reivernet, IT Triage, Site Compass, Bright Star, RN Gateway and RGC Management. We design, build, configure, support and document complex data networks for business, with a focus on hotel networks.
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist for 6 months to support growth in EMEA within our traditional business and to support Bright Star, as we scale.
About the role
The Recruitment Specialist will play a critical role in managing the recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and cost-effectivness. This position is responsible for overseeing the hiring process, improving recruitment strategies, providing training and enabling data-driven decisions. The Specialist will work closely with Managers to ensure that recruitment goals are met and within the P&C team to align goals across the Group
What you'll do
- Manage and execute recruitment campaigns for open roles, ensuring alignment with hiring managers needs
- Utilise direct and agency-assited hiring methods to attract top talent
- Develop and provide training and guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices
- Analyse recruitment data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and maintain relationships with agencies and external parties
Who you are
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced environments, with a strong familiarity with industry-specific recruitment trends and challenges. You should possess the ability to leverage data and analytics to make informed hiring decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, enabling you to manage multiple recruitment campaigns effectively. You should be a proactive and innovative problem-solver, adaptable to changing priorities and recruitment needs, and focused on delivering a positive candidate experience.
Experience in recruiting technical, sales and customer focused roles would be beneficial and as a small team, there would be opportunities for you to get involved in other P&C programs.
