Available Position:

This role is best suited to a Dental Assistant with the experience and capability to support a dentist performing advanced procedures. It also involves meaningful patient interaction, so we are looking for someone who communicates with empathy, clarity and confidence - someone who takes pride in creating a calm, welcoming experience for every patient.

Role Overview:

In this position, you will assist the dentist and clinical team with procedures and duties, including:

• Assisting with Invisalign aligner therapy, from set-up to patient education
• Supporting dental implant placement and restoration, including surgical and restorative phases
• Contributing to complex prosthetic cases
• Chairside support during preventative, restorative and cosmetic dentistry procedures
• Performing sterilising processes and infection control processes in line with standards
• Educating patients on dental health issues and answering their questions
• Building genuine, professional relationships with patients to support their comfort and care
• Assist in our Hygiene Department to ensure a seamless appointment flow

How will you know if you are right for this position?

• You are confident in your clinical skills as a dental assistant and take pride in delivering high-quality support
• You value teamwork and want to contribute to the team
• You are adaptable, calm under pressure, and comfortable navigating a busy clinical day
• You hold a Certificate III in Dental Assisting and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a general dental practice
