We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Learning Educator to join our Redlynch Early Learning team. As part of Catholic Early Learning & Care (CELC), this casual position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the education and care of young children in a supportive and nurturing environment. Responsibilities include:

• Assist in the implementation of educational programs and learning activities under the guidance of qualified educators.
• Support children's development through engaging interactions and meaningful experiences.
• Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education that aligns with regulatory standards.
• Engage with families and build positive relationships to support children's learning and wellbeing.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate records and documentation related to children's progress and daily routines.

• Hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher (or be actively working towards)
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of child development and learning theories
• Have experience working in a similar early learning environment
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Show proficiency in implementing educational programs and activities for young children
• Exhibit a sound knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene practices in childcare settings
• Display the ability to work effectively within a diverse team environment
• Hold a current First Aid certificate including CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis training
