Commercial and Bond Cleaner

The Role

We are seeking dedicated, reliable, and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team in various capacities, including commercial cleaning and bond cleaning. The ideal candidates will maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across different settings, ensuring safe, sanitary, and pleasant environments for clients, employees, and visitors. Both roles offer flexible hours and opportunities for career growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Perform general cleaning duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing rooms and common areas

- Clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets and bathrooms

- Clean kitchens, break rooms, and office spaces

- Change beds and linen where applicable

- Empty rubbish bins and replace liners

- Maintain and restock cleaning supplies and equipment

- Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisors

- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Skills and Experience

- Proven experience in cleaning roles (minimum 1 year preferred)

- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness

- Excellent time management and work ethic

- Reliable transportation (must have a valid driver's license and own reliable car)

- Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, days, evenings, and weekends

- Ability to work unsupervised (especially for bond cleaning roles)

Licenses and Certifications

- Valid Driver's License (Must have)

- Own reliable car (Must have)

- National Police Certificate (Must have, no more than three months old)

Work Location and Schedule

- In-person, on-site roles

- Flexible working hours, including mornings, days, evenings, and weekends

- Casual employment basis with competitive hourly pay
