Casual Admin Role

Are you an energetic, outgoing individual who loves a good chat and enjoys flexible work? Join our friendly Toowoomba-based team in a casual admin role designed to fit around your lifestyle. You'll be working around 10 to 15 hours a week, making calls to our existing contacts and to people who want to know more about our services—no cold calling involved. We do have some goals to guide you, but the focus is really on being part of a supportive and flexible environment rather than on strict metrics.
In this role, you'll be part of a supportive and down-to-earth team that truly values local connections. We'll provide all the training you need on our systems, and you'll have the freedom to work remotely as long as you're based in the Toowoomba area. It's a great opportunity to grow with us as we expand, with plenty of room to make the role your own.
We're looking for someone who's comfortable on the phone and is keen to be part of a flexible and friendly work environment. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you and have you join our growing team
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Basic computer literacy and data entry abilities
- Customer service experience (even from retail or hospitality)
- Reliable internet connection for remote work
Previous phone-based customer service or administrative experience preferred, but we welcome applications from enthusiastic newcomers
