About the role

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Installer to join our team at Ultra Kitchens' in Armadale, Western Australia. As a Cabinet Installer, you will be responsible for the efficient and precise installation of custom-made cabinetry in both residential and commercial settings. This fulltime role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive a high-quality finish to their kitchen and bathroom installations.

What you'll be doing

  1. Measure, cut, and install cabinets, countertops, and other related hardware with a focus on quality and attention to detail
  2. Collaborate with our design and project management teams to ensure a seamless installation process
  3. Troubleshoot any installation challenges and provide creative solutions to meet client requirements
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process
  5. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
  6. Provide excellent customer service and manage client expectations throughout the installation

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience as a Cabinet Installer.
  2. Strong technical skills in cabinet installation, including the ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  3. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
  4. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  5. Good communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients and other tradespeople
  6. A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
  7. Cabinetmaking qualifications or certification would be highly desirable
