We are hiring casual turfing labourers in Ipswich and its surrounding suburbs.

What We Offer:

  • Gardening & Landscaping Services Award wages ($30 – 35/hr plus superannuation) and conditions

  • Wages paid to nominated bank account each Monday morning

  • Flexible hours

  • A friendly, supportive team environment

  • Transport provided – carpooling available from designated locations (e.g. train or bus stations, central locations, etc.).

What You'll Do:

  • Turf installation at domestic and commercial sites

  • Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment

  • Work collaboratively in a team setting

Who You Are:

  • Reliable and hardworking

  • Physical fit – walking, carrying and laying turf can be strenuous work

  • Comfortable working in the weather, this is an outdoor activity only.

  • Holder of a General Construction Induction Card (White card) with the physical card.

  • Willing to comply with a site's safety rules and procedures (e.g. wearing correct PPE, completing inductions, following site safety procedures, etc.) without exception.

  • Experience in landscaping or turfing is a plus but not a requirement

  • Having a manual driver's licence is a plus but not a requirement.
