You'll develop and deliver engaging educational programs, travel between locations to support our teams, and use your creativity to design and implement effective clinical learning strategies. The Role | What You'll Bring

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practice Regulatory Agency (AHPRA)
• Hold or working towards Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
• Demonstrated experience in developing, delivering and evaluating training programs and quality improvement initiatives
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to coach, mentor and support staff
• Experience in ensuring compliance to aged care standards and regulations
• Excellent time management, organisational skills and prioritisation in order to complete tasks with competing deadlines
• Current Driver's License
