Calibre Spraying is seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team for ongoing work. The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing, maintaining, and repairing agricultural machinery and equipment
• Conducting regular maintenance and safety checks on all equipment
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues in the field and workshop
• Performing field service diagnostics to quickly identify and resolve problems on-site
• Collaborating with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Pulling together all your experience and skills to effectively solve complex mechanical issues
• Ensuring a high level of cleanliness and tidiness in workspaces
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance and repair work

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Fitter or in a similar role preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work diligently and efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organised work environment
