About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Plumber to join our growing team. In this role, you will:
Deliver high-quality plumbing work across commercial and high-end residential projects
Work closely with the broader team to support smooth project delivery
Uphold strong safety practices and high workmanship standards
Communicate effectively with the team and clients
Bring a proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused approach to every job

What You'll Be Doing
Install, repair, and maintain commercial and residential plumbing systems
Read, interpret, and work off construction plans and technical drawings
Work closely with site teams to support project delivery
Carry out rough-ins, fit-offs, and final installations
Install and test fixtures, piping, valves, and equipment
Assist in commercial construction, high-end domestic builds, and civil drainage
Ensure compliance with plumbing standards, WHS requirements, and company procedures
Update job notes, documentation, and records accurately
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment
Represent Icon Plumbing with strong communication and a team-first attitude
What You'll Need
Certificate III or IV in Plumbing
White Card
Valid working with children's check
Minimum 4+ years of plumbing experience (commercial + high-end residential preferred)
Experience in civil drainage (highly advantageous)
Ability to read and understand plans (A1 & Procore)
Experience using Procore (advantageous)
Full tool kit
Reliable transport and valid NSW Driver's license
Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
A positive attitude and desire to continually advance your skill set
High standards for quality, safety, and workmanship
