This Clinical Leadership position is your opportunity to join a leading provider of health and rehabilitation services, whose vision is to enable clients to have better lives. Are you seeking a role where you can truly make a positive difference?

This key position will enable you to make a significant contribution to APM by leading a team of allied health employees and contractors working across multiple services to deliver business and customer outcomes.  There is a small clinical caseload (10% of the role), so you must be an experienced Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to be eligible for the position.

What is fundamentally important is the ability to lead, inspire, unite and support a multi-disciplinary team from physiotherapy, occupational therapy, psychology and nursing backgrounds.  This is a unique opportunity to make the role your own and help grow the APM brand, so we are seeking someone who is a self-starter, thrives with autonomy and scope to grow.

Your Background

  • Degree in either Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy
  • Registration with the NZ board (PNZ or OTBNZ) and current annual practising certificate.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role with a team of direct reports
  • Proven ability to deliver on KPIs and manage performance.
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Awareness of cultural competency and an ability to work with diversity.
  • A current full AU/NZ driver's licence
