About the Opportunity

We are seeking a professional, highly self-managed
Online Education Marketing Specialist
for a
remote, contract-based position
supporting marketing, outreach and client qualification activities within the personal development | leadership and online education sector.

This role suits an experienced individual who excels at working independently, can manage their own schedule, and is confident, self-motivated, and disciplined. The position combines digital marketing tasks with structured qualification conversations, following clearly defined processes. Full training, systems and support are provided.

Not suitable for Students and Recent Graduates

Key Responsibilities

Daily tasks include:

  • Managing inbound enquiries generated through online marketing initiatives
  • Engaging with prospects through structured qualification conversations
  • Providing accurate program information via phone, Zoom and email
  • Implementing digital marketing and outreach tasks using company-approved materials
  • Tracking activities, updating records and managing your pipeline using our full business system
  • Following a well-established framework for communication and follow-through
  • Participating in weekly online training sessions
  • Managing your time, workflow and daily targets independently

Required Experience

  • Minimum
    6+ years professional experience
    in business, corporate, marketing, communications, operations, education or similar
  • Strong communication skills — confident on phone and Zoom
  • Ability to follow structured processes with consistent daily activity
  • Highly organised, reliable and able to work autonomously
  • Strong written communication and professional presentation
  • Familiarity with online systems, CRM-style tools, or digital marketing workflows (advantage)

(Upfront and ongoing training is provided)
