About the Role
Lead financial operations for our parent company and Indonesian manufacturing division. This hands-on role covers financial management, compliance, treasury, ERP improvements (MYOB Exonet), and digital transformation. You'll manage cross-border teams and drive efficiency through automation and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage payments, FX transactions, banking relationships, and cash flow.
· Oversee payroll, BAS, FBT, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions.
· Enhance ERP systems and automate reporting (Power BI/Phocas).
· Prepare budgets, forecasts, and deliver financial insights.
· Strengthen internal controls and costing methodologies.
· Lead and mentor finance teams in Australia and Indonesia.
About You
· 8+ years' financial management experience, including manufacturing.
· Strong FX and treasury expertise.
· ERP and reporting tools experience (MYOB Exonet, Power BI/Phocas).
· CPA/CA qualified or equivalent.
· Australian tax compliance knowledge.
· Willing to travel to Asia approx. 8 times/year.
Desirable: FMCG experience, manufacturing in South East Asia
