• Analyse warranty data and issue statuses;
• Complaint processing and relevant data capture;
• Regulate customer and supplier claims recourse with collated data;
• Create, track and implement corrective actions with relevant departments;
• Lead and control processing of supply warranty related tasks for RDA suppliers;
• Be involved in all tasks of the supplier reclamation process for past and current complaints and warranty costs; and
• Writing and distribution of reports like interim and end report, statement, etc.

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Trade Qualification;
• Previous Experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance;
• Internal and/or External Audit or Inspection Experience;
• Ability to Read and Interpret Standards, Engineering Drawings and Customer Specifications;
• Lean Manufacturing Experience including Proven Ability with Root Cause Analysis Techniques like 8D;
• Eligibility to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance (Australian Citizenship required).
