Experienced HC Driver & Excavator Operator - *Brand new truck/machine*

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable HC Driver who is also an experienced Excavator Operator to join our growing team at ELESERVE, an established Electrical and Communications company based in Western Sydney.

About the Role:

The successful applicant will be responsible for transporting and operating machinery across various sites throughout NSW. This includes driving a prime mover with quad axle float, primarily transporting and operating a 28T Hitachi ZX225US-7 excavator (purchased new in 2025).

This role is ideal for an experienced operator who values quality equipment, steady work, and being part of a team that respects skill and professionalism. You'll be trusted with new, high-spec machinery and play a key role in delivering critical infrastructure projects across NSW. Key Responsibilities:


• Drive Mercedes Actros 2663 prime mover (new in 2025) with quad axle float (currently hired- custom float in build)


• Augering holes for communication structures (up to 1800mm diameter, 9m depth)


• Excavation of slabs


• Trenching for power services

Requirements:


• Minimum 5 years experience in HC driving, with sound understanding of OSOM (Oversize Overmass) requirements in NSW


• Minimum 5 years experience operating excavators


• Clean driving record


• Ability and willingness to work away from home
