Your Role

In this new role, reporting to the Chief People Officer, you'll:

  • Align and deliver people and culture initiatives that drive engagement and performance.
  • Lead talent acquisition and build robust pipelines for future growth.
  • Design and launch graduate and early-career programs.
  • Champion inclusive hiring and positive onboarding experiences.
  • Advise on performance, engagement, and change.
  • Support learning and development programs, and drive wellbeing initiatives.
  • Be a trusted advisor and culture builder.
  • Lead HRIS rollout/optimisation.
  • Be the go-to for employees, facilitating day-to-day operational People and Culture needs.

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in People and Culture, Business, or related field.
  • Proven generalist experience in People and Culture, ideally in startup or scaling environments.
  • A relationship builder, communicator, and coach.
  • Sound understanding of Australia employment law and industrial relations.
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and customer focused.
  • Experience with HRIS implementation or optimisation, preferably Employment Hero or Elmo.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, growth setting.
  • Passionate about building an inclusive, high-performing culture.
  • Values driven and want your work to have real impact.
