With our continued growth we are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced HD Fitter or experienced Heavy Road Vehicle Mechanic to join our team at Dampier Port. 8:6 roster, days only, ideal for someone local, but will consider FIFO for the right candidate.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintain a front-of-mind focus on safety - always.
  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on light to mid-range gear (up to 777)
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Collaborate with a skilled team to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

What will set you up for success:

  • Trade certified Quals - Air conditioning ticket a bonus
  • Proven experience in the mining, oil & gas, or construction industries.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
  • A great attitude and a desire to work within an excellent culture.
