Qualified Renderer

Are you an experienced and reliable Renderer (Solid Plaster) (ANZSCO: who loves to produce high quality work? RMA Rendering & Sealing is seeking a skilled Solid Plasterer/Renderer to join us in helping to deliver exceptional results for various projects around Brisbane and the Greater Brisbane Region (4000;4300). We are looking for someone who has over 1 year of experience and is qualified in using all rendering material.

Key Responsibilities:

-Apply all types of render to different substrates, ensuring a flawless finish

-Ability to protect areas in preparation for render.

-Able to set angles, screed walls, float and carry out all rendering tasks as required

-Ability and skill in all render application; basecoat, texture, venetian.

-Able to lead a small team

-Work independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals

-Painting of rendered areas

-Maintain a clean and safe worksite at all times

-Follow all health and safety regulations

To be successful you need;

-Proven experience as a Solid Plasterer

Certificate III in Solid Plastering and, preferably, Certificate IV in Building & Construction

-To work independently and as part of a team

-A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence

-To confidently lead a team through projects

-To safely and confidently work at heights

-A white card

-Your own transport and tools

-To be reliable, honest and punctual

Schedule:

-Ability to work from 6.30am to 2.30pm

-Monday to Friday

-Some weekend work may apply

-Overnight stays may occur

-Permanent full time position

-Salary of $87,500 (excluding superannuation) as per industry standard.
