1. Workshop Cabinet Maker / Joinery Manufacturer

This role is ideal for a cabinet maker with strong factory experience who takes pride in delivering quality work and enjoys being part of a well-equipped, modern workshop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing high-quality joinery to specification

• Working with CNCs, automated edgebanders, and workshop machinery

• Leading by example on quality, safety, and workflow

• Supporting and mentoring junior team members (leadership optional but valued)

2. Installation Professional / Site Joiner

Perfect for a self-motivated, detail-focused installer who knows how to get results — and enjoys the satisfaction of handing over a project the client loves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing kitchens and custom joinery on-site with precision

• Reading and interpreting plans confidently

• Working autonomously and coordinating with other trades

• Representing Unity Kitchens with professionalism and care
