About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our team on a part-time basis.
You'll be responsible for reaching out to small and medium businesses, introducing our services, and setting up qualified appointments for our consulting team. Scripts and guidance will be provided — your focus is on building conversations that convert into real business opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Call and engage with potential clients (SMEs)
- Introduce services in a professional, approachable way
- Qualify prospects and set up appointments
- Accurately record call outcomes and share updates with the team

What We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken English and confident phone manner
- Prior experience in cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting (preferred)
- Results-driven with a positive attitude
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Organised and detail-oriented in tracking leads
Compensation
- Base Hourly Rate (depending on experience)
- Commission for successful lead conversions
