BACKGROUNDS WANTED: In this round, we are seeking motivated  candidates from diverse backgrounds, corporate, business, coaching , a profession or trades backgrounds to join us as Personal Development Business Leadership Coaches. 

You will receive all the training necessary to develop and leverage the leadership skills and expertise to promote our flagship products and services. 

You will be inspired working in the multi-billion dollar Global personal development industry.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To inspire and motivate others , building a team, coaching their skills and fostering their personal growth journey with total support from our excellent online systems, mentors and trainings.
  
• To participate in regular scheduled Coaching training calls and immerse yourself as a coaching product devotee from which you will gain in-depth knowledge of the personal development industry and the benefits those insights bring to your daily success and growing vision.
  
• Authentically working with a "professional posture", demonstrating discipline, a powerful work ethic, working independently to achieve your success.
  
• Niche Marketing our digitally delivered personal development educational programs and live international retreats through various guided online platforms utilising the successful techniques our system supports you through, thus attracting your team and bringing them forward on their journey as they see they can have what you have.
  
• Collaborate in our Global team to learn from and provide input to develop new and implement current effective marketing strategies, provide and share feedback into the overall improvement cycle for mutual corporate and team benefit.
  

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 4+ years of work experience, those with a diverse range of backgrounds welcomed, particularly in the Project Management, Change Management, Corporate Training, Education, Health, Facilitating, Tech, Ex-Military and Emergency Service, SEO, Retail, Marketing, and HR/Leadership Development sectors. 
• If this is not your background, don't worry, apply anyway as we find great candidates who have desire and passion emerging from out of the woods of other fields and endeavours.
  
• An authentic, open-minded approach to life and work, embracing personal development and growth as a tool to reach the vision you have set for your highest and best self.
  
• Strong passion for and a genuine desire to help others achieve their goals, because we know "if you help enough people get what they want, you will get everything you want" (Jim Rohn)
  
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, working autonomously and managing your own schedule effectively.
  
• Sound written and verbal communication skills to leverage direct engagement with clients promoting our offerings, however these can be developed with confidence as you learn more about yourself and personal development, above all we seek integrity and trust.
