Patient Services Officer

The Team:
Outpatient Services encompass a wide range of medical treatment, procedures and consultations that do not necessary require a hospital admission. The Outpatient Services cares for patients from the North and the Northwest of Tasmania, for diagnosis, treatment or follow-up and the patient can return home after their appointment. Offers high-quality health services and plays a central role in achieving convenience, and cost-efficiency services.

The Role:

• Provide efficient clerical and reception duties.
• Communicate with THS staff, external providers and provide effective support for patient care.
• Manage arrival and departure of patients attending appointments, ensuring relevant personnel are updated.

Details of appointment:
Permanent full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from a mutually agreed upon date.

Salary:
$66,049 to $70,993 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
