To shine in this role, you'll need:**

  • A Bachelor's or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
  • Full or provisional VIT registration (mandatory).
  • A genuine love for children, their development, and a commitment to child safety.
  • Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and the Reggio Emilia approach.
  • First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training.
  • Australian working rights (Visa/Passport) and a valid Working with Children Check.
