At Upscale Building Group, we specialise in high-quality commercial fit-outs and partitioning work across a range of projects. Known for our attention to detail and professionalism, we're growing and looking for a capable and experienced Shopfitting/Partitioner Tradesman to join our team.

This is a hands-on role for a skilled tradesman – not a general labour position. You must be confident working across all areas of fit-out and partitioning with minimal supervision.


Your Role Will Include:

  • Installation of Grid Ceilings
  • Plasterboard Ceiling Framing
  • Accurate Wall Set Outs from plans
  • Fitting of MDF Doors
  • Installation of Aluminium Doors & Frames
  • Glazing Sections and commercial partition systems
  • Fitting of Skirting and Trims with clean, precise finishes
  • Setting/Stopping – plastering, jointing, sanding
  • Installation of Door Hardware – locks, closers, handles, hinges

What We're Looking For:

Trade qualified or highly experienced in commercial shopfitting/partitioning

Proven track record in all the above tasks

Strong ability to read and work from shop drawings

Excellent attention to detail and finishing

Reliable transport and own tools

White Card essential

EWP/Working at Heights tickets are a bonus

Positive attitude and a commitment to quality work
