We're looking for a compassionate and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to join our team full-time and start as soon as possible.

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide ongoing care and supervision to a client located in Brunswick .

Additional clients may be offered over time.

Hours & Availability:

  • Full-time position
  • 8–12 hour shifts
  • Day and overnight shifts available
  • Must be flexible with days and hours

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualised, person-centred support and personal care using a positive approach
  • Motivate and promote client independence
  • Support clients' emotional, psychological, and cultural needs
  • Supervise and assist clients during community outings and daily activities
  • Provide safe and reliable transport when required
  • Ensure our clients are comfortable, supported, and HAPPY

Qualifications & Experience

we can assist you in attaining other required documents as long you have a certificate in disability/age care work.

  • Certificate IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent qualification
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Valid Driver Licence
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check

  • Reliable, professional, and comfortable working long and overnight shifts
  • Passionate about helping others maintain their independence and quality of life
  • Able to connect and work effectively with people who have behavioural challenges

Pay: From $38.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

  • First Aid&CPR Qualification (Required)
