Hahn Electrical Contracting is a respected, Australian-owned company delivering specialist electrical services to the mining and industrial sectors for over 30 years. As part of our continued growth and commitment to leadership excellence, we are seeking expressions of interest for a Group General Manager.

This is a key leadership position, providing overall strategic and operational direction across multiple divisions of the business. The role will ensure financial performance, governance, operational excellence, and people leadership are achieved consistently across the group.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic leadership and guidance to senior management across all divisions.
  • Overseeing business and financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and growth initiatives.
  • Driving compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Leading culture, safety, and values-based leadership across the organisation.
  • Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.

Skills and experience required:

  • Demonstrated executive leadership experience within mining, resources, or heavy industrial services.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen with proven results in business performance.
  • Extensive experience leading large teams and complex operations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, engineering, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
