The Opportunity

Your Health Clinics is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nurse to join our team in Woodville. As a Nurse in our busy GP clinic, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare to our patients and support to Doctors. The position based in our Woodville clinic for 2 to 3 days per week with the opportunity for additional casual work as leave cover.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing professional and compassionate nursing care to patients, including administering medications, conducting examinations, and assisting with minor procedures
  • Collaborating with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Assisting with the coordination and organisation of clinic operations
  • Promoting a positive and supportive work environment for the entire healthcare team

What We're Looking For

  • Registered or Enrolled Nurse with a valid AHPRA registration and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a clinical nursing role
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with patients and colleagues
  • Proficient in the use of medical software (previous Best Practice software experience is a bonus) and technology
  • Passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centred care
