About the role

Lev Logistics Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Truck Driver to join our Melbourne Team, working out of our depot in the Inner West. This is a full-time position, working to deliver stone slabs across Victoria. As a Truck Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely transportation of goods for our valued clients.

We are currently hiring for this role:

  • HR Operator

What you'll be doing

  • Safely operate and maintain a Heavy Rigid Truck and its equipment.
  • Secure loads correctly and safely
  • Plan and execute delivery routes, ensuring goods arrive on schedule
  • Comply with all relevant road transport regulations and company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients
  • Perform regular vehicle inspections and report any issues
  • Use out driver software app to receive and update deliveries
  • Communicating with Lev Logistics' office team, fleet controllers and customers.

What we're looking for

  • A valid Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's license
  • At least 2 years' experience as a HR driver (can be Curtainsider, working with pallets etc).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of road transport regulations and procedures
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Be punctual
