Legal Aid NSW delivers accessible legal services across criminal, family and civil law. We provide advice, court representation, and family dispute resolution through 28 offices and phone-based support, helping people navigate the legal system with confidence and fairness.  

About the role
This role provides support to the Senior Project Officer (Systems and Change) and the broader WDVCAP Unit in relation to business-as-usual activities, including training, enhancements and user support, for DFV Connect, an online client and case management system used by over 400 staff from frontline domestic and family violence services. The role also provides support for other training, change management and event coordination tasks. 

About you
The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, an ability to learn quickly and strong collaboration and program management skills.

While IT and training qualifications are not required for this role, it is essential that the successful applicant has a level of confidence with technology and delivering training and can learn to navigate new IT systems quickly.

The essential requirements for this role

You must:

be willing to do a Criminal Record Check and/or Working with Children Checkhold Australian or NZ citizenship, Australian Permanent Residency (for ongoing vacancies) or a valid visa to work in Australia (for temporary vacancies).While IT and training qualifications are not required for this role, it is essential that the successful applicant has a level of confidence with technology and delivering training and can learn to navigate new IT systems quickly.
