Role Description

Heathcote Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to deliver high quality services across our hospital, aged care and community-based settings.

This role plays a vital part in improving health outcomes through a multi-disciplinary approach, supporting patients and families through complex health and social challenges.

About you

Essential

• Recognised university qualification (or equivalent) in Social Work
• Eligibility for membership of AASW
• Current Driver's Licence
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check Desirable

Desirable

• Completion of Health Coaching or Motivational Interviewing training
• Post graduate studies in relevant clinical or professional areas
