What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Service Advisor, you'll learn the ins and outs of delivering an exceptional service experience for our customers. Your training will cover:

• Greeting and assisting customers when they bring their vehicles in for servicing
• Learning how to schedule bookings and communicate with our skilled technicians
• Helping to prepare service quotes and explain vehicle repair details to customers
• Providing updates and ensuring customers drive away happy and informed
• Developing strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills

You'll be supported by experienced mentors who will guide you through every step — from customer care to technical understanding — so you can build the confidence and skills to become a full-fledged Service Advisor.

Who We're Looking For

If you're enthusiastic, friendly, and have a passion for cars or customer service, we want to meet you

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• Great communication and people skills
• A professional presentation and customer-first mindset
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A driver's licence (or working towards getting one)
