Chef

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and prepare a variety of high-quality dishes, ensuring presentation standards are met.

Create innovative menu items using fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Supervise kitchen staff and ensure proper food safety practices are followed.

Manage inventory, ensuring efficient use of ingredients to minimize waste.

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen.

Monitor food costs and adjust menus and portion sizes as needed.

Ensure timely and smooth preparation of food during busy periods.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Creativity in menu design and an eye for presentation.

Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team.
