An opportunity exists to join the Research Administration Post Award Team within Research Services to support ECU's world class research.

About the Opportunity

The Post Award Team delivers expert guidance and administrative assistance to ECU researchers. In this role, you will be responsible for research administration and support services, proper documentation of research-related contractual documentation, coordination of project reporting requirements and compliance activities, and ensuring the timely and accurate review and collection of research output records to effectively support research at ECU.

About you

To be successful in the role you will require:

Demonstrated ability to record and retrieve documents and data in ECU research information management systems. Experience with and or ability to quickly learn third party research management systems would be highly advantageous

Ability to organise and present information, views and concepts in a concise, understandable and interesting format for a variety of audiences.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, as well as being part of a small team.

You will also demonstrate personal attributes that are congruent with the University's values of Integrity, Respect, Rational Inquiry, and Personal Excellence.
