What You'll Be Doing:

  • Own and resolve Level 2 tickets escalated from the service desk, maintaining staff and customer satisfaction targets
  • Provide Level 2 support for both cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Server environments
  • Monitor and maintain infrastructure health, performance, and availability
  • Support network devices, including switches, firewalls, and wireless networks
  • Manage and maintain backup systems and disaster recovery readiness

What You Bring:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a Level 2 infrastructure or support role
  • experience with Azure and legacy on-prem environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows Server and Azure
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (switches, VLANs, firewalls)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction
