We are recruiting for the position of Process Consultant for our Fish Division. The preferred location of the candidate is Sydney. In this role you will be responsible for auditing the customer's production process of our Fish Solutions. This role plays a key part in the installation of our solutions to ensure that work is carried out according JBT Marel specification, project plan and to customer satisfaction.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Audit the Customer's production process to identify disturbances, bottlenecks and potential risks in the process, and thus help Customer profit opportunities by optimizing their production process
  • Report recommendations for increasing performance and/or process stability
  • Provide optional implementation/action plan on the recommendations, testing and monitoring of the process changes
  • Identifies Service and Sales opportunities from the Technical perspective and propose the optimum maintenance, upgrades and/or replacement solutions to the Customer Care network
  • Spot training opportunities and conduct training sessions for both Field Service/ Technical Support Engineers and customers
  • Take ownership of all Process Consultancy related Work Orders and escalations
  • Support in pure sales-related and innovation modification activities
  • Perform Field Service work (SLA/ PMS/ Performance and Break-fixes) when required
  • Provide support to complex technical issues, internally as well to customers
  • Maintain advanced technical knowledge within his/her field of expertise
  • Provide technical remote support to first line support and engineers
  • Frequent travel to customers

  • Extensive technical knowledge in JBT Marel fish processing equipment portfolio
  • In-depth product application and process knowledge
  • Good entrepreneurial mindset and able to translate technical information into useable commercial information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Structured way of working, documenting progress
  • Ability to execute agreed tasks and deadlines against performance criteria (KPI)
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing high quality field service to customers, including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
