About the Roles

• Room Leader: A fantastic opportunity for a natural leader with a Diploma or Bachelor's qualification to inspire and mentor a team, ensuring the highest standards of care and education. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality programs and fostering strong connections with children, families, and your fellow educators.
• Qualified Educators: We're looking for two passionate and experienced educators with a Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor's qualification to be a key part of our team. You'll bring your expertise to the classroom, helping to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children prosper and grow.

What You'll Bring to Our Awesome Team

• A Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• A strong understanding of the Child Safe Standards, EYLF, and National Quality Standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a positive and proactive approach.
• A current Working with Children Check.
• A genuine desire to make a difference and contribute to a supportive team.
• For the Room Leader role, a proven ability to lead and mentor.
