The Role

Undergo a full boilermaking apprenticeship. In this role you'll assist with metal fabrication, welding, structural work, pressure piping—all in shop and field settings—while doing your formal training via South West TAFE.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cutting, shaping, welding, assembly of metal components
• Read and follow fabrication drawings and specifications
• Help with finishing, grinding, fitting tasks
• Maintain safe, clean workshop environment
• Attend training blocks and apply learnings on the job
