Fulfilment Representative

We are seeking a self-motivated and detail-oriented Fulfilment Representative to join our small team as a casual during our peak busy period (Sep – Nov) with the possibility to extend. Working alongside our Fulfilment Coordinator or at times autonomously, you'll be responsible for preparing orders for dispatch, processing returns and coordinating shipping.

What's an Audio Guest Book? Glad you asked… it's the exciting new alternative to a written guest book at weddings. It looks like a retro rotary phone, but it allows guests to leave a voice message for the couple. The couple then receive these messages digitally or on a physical keepsake like a custom vinyl record

About The Role

As our Fulfilment Representative you'll be responsible for ensuring our Audio Guest Book are dispatched accurately and on time from our Richmond warehouse to weddings across Australia and then processed efficiently on their return. On some days you'll work alongside our Fulfilment Coordinator and on others you'll be working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for shipment, including testing Audio Guest Books and ensuring orders are packed correctly.
• Manage shipping labels and coordinate with couriers to dispatch orders on time.
• Process returns efficiently, including addressing damage and getting Audio Guest Books ready-for-hire.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.

About You

• A positive attitude with proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Enthusiastic in ensuring customers have an amazing experience.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new tools (bookings management, shipping label creation etc)
• Self-motivated and trustworthy to work autonomously or as part of a small team

Preferred but not essential

• Previous experience in fulfilment
• Local or close to Richmond, Victoria

Working Hours

September:

• Approximate
  Weekly Total 3-6 hours
• 3-6 hours
  every
  Friday between 8am – 2pm

October & November:

• Approximate Weekly
  Total 10-20 hours
• 3-6 hours
  every
  Friday between 8am – 2pm
• Plus Thursday morning and either Tuesday or Wednesday (day and hours flexible around your schedule)

Additional covering shifts available plus potential to extend after busy period.

Training

2-3 half days between 25

Remuneration

Casual Loaded Rate of $31 - $35 per hour + Superannuation
