About the role

Windsor Smith Retail is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Full Time Sales Assistant to join our team at our Highpoint Shopping Centre store in Maribyrnong, VIC. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our retail operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing a warm and welcoming shopping experience for all customers
  • Assisting customers with product selection, fittings and purchases
  • Maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
  • Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Restocking and replenishing merchandise as required
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail sales or customer service role
