Based in Burswood, our 2,000 square meter facility houses a thriving shopfront, warehouse, training center and offices, serving thousands of clients across Perth, regional WA, and the whole of Australia.

We pride ourselves on our high-performing, supportive, and accountable team culture. Every team member plays a vital role, and we are now seeking an experienced and capable Marketing, Media & Promotions Co-Ordinator to lead and elevate our multi-faceted marketing efforts.

The Opportunity
This role is critical to our continued growth and operational success. We're looking for a hands-on, results-oriented marketing professional who is highly capable, efficient, and autonomous. You'll be trusted to lead marketing strategy and execution across digital and physical channels, ensuring every initiative delivers practical, measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and distribute marketing content (text, images, video etc.) across web, email, social media, print etc.

• Plan, organise and execute training sessions, events, and in-store promotions

• Assist with visual merchandising

• Analyse and report on various performance metrics, translating insights into action

• Manage customer registration vetting and maintain customer data

• Monitor industry trends and proactively identify opportunities or risks

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal marketing systems, processes, and SOPs

• Proven hands on experience

• Advanced digital literacy (e.g. image & video editing, paid and organic promotion management (various platforms/channels), email marketing, event management, analytics etc.)

• Excellent time management, organisation, and attention to detail

• Confidence working independently, with a high level of accountability

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A creative yet commercially-minded approach

• A genuine passion for continuous improvement and delivering results
