  • Lead development and improvement of Risk Event reporting across Retirement Solutions.
  • Analyse data to identify insights, trends, and performance improvements.
  • Communicate findings effectively to senior internal and external stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities
Strategic Focus

  • Develop and deliver business strategy by creating reporting and insights for Risk Event management.
  • Provide essential data-driven insights to guide management and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify trends and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with analysts and SMEs to produce accurate, timely reports.

Operational Management

  • Design and oversee enhancements to Risk Event reporting processes and metrics.
  • Deliver high-quality, actionable insights.
  • Present recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Enhance existing reporting systems for better measurement and quality.
  • Collaborate with risk, quality, and Client Integrity teams to implement solutions.

People Leadership

  • Promote high-performance culture aligned with MUFG's values.
  • Create a safe, innovative environment for the team.

Governance & Risk

  • Lead risk management through data insights.
  • Model a risk and compliance-focused culture.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with mandatory learning requirements.

Experience & Personal Attributes

  • Experience in large, complex environments with modern reporting and analytics tools.
  • Skilled in data analysis, interpretation, and deployment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, able to present to senior management.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and reporting solutions (e.g., PowerBI)
  • Degree in Business, Commerce, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proven analytical and visual presentation skills, preferably in superannuation or related fields.
