Job description:

The Opportunity:

The SEPHORA Collection Sales & Education Ambassador NSW is a hybrid field role in a designated district that combines sales, business development, education and merchandising to champion our innovative products in store. This role supports the cast in store to achieve their goals whilst also being the liaison between other cross functional departments to identify risks and opportunities.

• Tracking and reviewing weekly and monthly sales to spot what's working and where improvements are needed.
• Helping increase sales by making sure the right strategies are being used in stores.
• Building strong relationships with store teams to create more opportunities for the Sephora Collection brand.
• Training and supporting team leaders in each store to boost their confidence and product knowledge.
• Working with the training team to create learning materials and run brand activities in stores.
• Sharing important brand updates and product info through internal communication channels.
• Helping set up store displays and made sure products are shown off in the best way possible.
• Making sure shelves are always stocked, testers are available, and displays look clean and appealing.
• Keeping an eye on popular products to make sure stores don't run out of key items.
• Helping launch new stores by setting up product displays and making sure everything matches the brand's look.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with management team
• Proven experience in developing and/or implementing strategies to deliver KPI's
• Experience using MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to upskill customers and retail teams on trends and product knowledge
• Experience working in a fast paced retail, beauty and/or FMCG (highly desirable)
• Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines
• Reporting on business results and communicating them to stakeholders
