Kings Park Western, Australia Simply Teeth Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

About Us

Our team at Simply Teeth is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and team-oriented associate dentist with strong communication skills to join our growing practice.

Our philosophy is centred on providing every patient with an exceptional experience and the highest standard of care.

We are a full-scope practice offering rotary endodontics, Invisalign, CEREC, and implant surgery, supported by a modern, newly renovated clinic and a warm, family-oriented team.

We're passionate about what we do and take pride in delivering quality dentistry in a supportive, professional environment.

The Role

· We're looking for an associate dentist to take over from a clinician who is moving overseas, with the opportunity to step into an existing patient base and grow your own books over time.

· This is a permanent part-time position, available on Mondays and Tuesdays, with flexibility to negotiate additional days for the right candidate and the option to increase in future as your books expand.

· You'll join a modern, well-equipped practice where genuine mentorship, autonomy, and professional growth are encouraged every step of the way.

What We Offer

  1. Commission-based remuneration with strong earning potential
  2. Flexible hours and supportive leadership
  3. Active mentoring and clinical training for complex procedures — we're willing to invest in the right candidate's development and long-term success
  4. A friendly, experienced team that values collaboration, learning, and quality care
  5. A modern, beautifully renovated clinic equipped for full-scope dentistry.

Position Scope

  1. Comprehensive examinations and treatment planning
  2. General and emergency dentistry
  3. Opportunities for Invisalign, surgical dentistry, root canal therapy, wisdom-tooth extractions, and CEREC
  4. Exposure to both general and cosmetic dentistry

Skills and Experience

· All levels of experience are welcome from new graduates to experienced clinicians. Provided you are registered with AHPRA (Australia) with no restrictions.

· If you're newer to practice, a strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a modern, progressive environment is essential.

We are genuinely invested in mentoring and supporting the right person to reach their full potential.

Experience and further training are advantageous, but enthusiasm, communication, and patient focus are what matter most.

Our Culture

At Simply Teeth, we believe great dentistry starts with great people.

Our team is friendly, supportive, and committed to helping each other deliver excellent patient care.

We value open communication, mutual respect, and the kind of teamwork that makes every day rewarding.
