Uber Eats has been a market leader in Online Food Delivery for the past five years. About the Role:

This role is part of the APAC Regional Strategy & Planning team for Uber Eats, a dynamic and impactful team dedicated to driving the next phase of growth across five key markets: Australia, Japan, Taiwan, New Zealand, and Sri Lanka. In this role, you will shape the future of the business by providing strategic, operational, and analytical guidance to the APAC leadership team. Your work will directly influence key decisions and help us achieve our mission of delivering exceptional value to our customers and partners.

Your impact in role:

  • Governance & Performance Management : Maintain a lean, effective operating cadence for accountability and decision making, allowing the team to remain nimble and dynamic while setting up the business to outperform plans. Partner closely with the RGM of APAC and Head of S&P to craft business narratives, assess performance gaps & guide APAC leadership's decision making
  • Strategic Planning : Lead half-yearly and annual planning which includes working with global and country stakeholders on setting the right processes, identifying headline goals, partnering with cross functional teams to determine corresponding OKRs in an integrated and cohesive manner
  • Analytics & Insights : Acquire deep understanding of the operational aspects of our business and generate strategic insights that surface opportunities for the business

The experience you'll bring

  • Relevant experience in finance, strategy, consulting, investment banking, or similar analytical roles
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with ability to distill complex information into actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with large datasets
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously
