About the Role

Reporting to the Site Manager at Panorama, this role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring all work is completed while providing training and ongoing support to a team of employees with a disability, while maintaining a strong focus on their safety and well-being.

Duties include:

• Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, support employees' goals, and provide training
• Oversee daily cleaning tasks using equipment and chemicals
• Assist with training plans and maintain related documentation
• Report incidents, hazards, equipment issues, and ensure workplace safety compliance
• Manage admin work, attend meetings, and travel to sites as needed

About You

You will have an empathetic and supportive attitude towards people with disability, as well as a strong desire to help others. You will have the ability to train and supervise others and experience using cleaning equipment and chemicals. To be successful in this role you will need a positive attitude, exceptional organisation skills, and strong written and verbal communication.

Other knowledge, skills and attributes include:

• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive/solution-based attitude
• Patient, caring and supportive approach
• Experience working in the disability sector
• Hands-on cleaning experience

Prior to commencement you will also need to:

• Provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance (no older than six months)
• Driver's licence
• NDIS worker screening clearance
• Supply evidence of right to work in Australia and 100 points of identification
• Successfully pass a pre-employment medical
