About the role

Capital 19 is seeking a motivated Option Traders Assistant to join the team in our Sydney office. This is a full-time role suitable for recent graduates or those with limited experience in a similar role.  A genuine and demonstratable interest in trading options is essential, as is the desire to help other investors.

What you'll be doing

  • Client Onboarding. Data entry for new client accounts
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Investment Advice and Education: Offer expert guidance on investment strategies, including stock and option trading
  • Trade Execution: Efficiently execute client trades, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

What we're looking for

  • Demonstratable interest in trading options.
  • Genuine desire to help clients
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using trading platforms and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Keen interest in the financial markets and a passion for options trading
  • Hold or be working towards relevant industry certifications (e.g. RG146)
