Wollemi College is currently seeking to engage a suitably qualified Teacher's Aide in a permanent part-time role (0.4 FTE), commencing in Term 1, 2026.

This role is required to work 2 days per week in school term weeks (38 weeks per year). Salary is pro-rated according to the part time load and total weeks worked per year.

Under the supervision and direction of the classroom teacher, the Teachers Aide will assist in classroom activities, school routines, and the care and management of students with diverse learning needs, including those with disabilities and behaviour disorders.

With a warm and friendly approach, the successful incumbent must be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others, be able to relate well to children and colleagues, and be willing to fulfil responsibilities in accordance with the school's educational philosophy.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role and ideally have completed a Certificate III in Education Support or equivalent

Remuneration is in accordance with the Independent Schools (Professional and Operational Staff) Cooperative Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2025.
