About the Opportunity

We are looking to recruit a Service and Installation Technician - Electricalto our team to help us expand and provide total satisfaction to our customers.

While our office is based in Yatala, QLD, you will get the opportunity to travel all around Queensland and Northern New South Wales working on a variety of fuels equipment.

If you are a final year apprentice or have only recently obtained your licence, we welcome you to apply. This role is trained on the job, and no prior experience is required, just a great attitude and willingness to learn new things.

Responsibilities
  • Attending sites to perform breakdown maintenance as well as scheduled and programmed maintenance routines.
  • Working in a safe and productive manner in line with WHS requirements.
  • Troubleshooting, fault finding and diagnosis of fuel systems.
  • Installation of fuel system electrical on new and existing Retail Petrol Stations.
  • Troubleshooting faults with existing fuel systems electrical.
  • Travel to regional areas required on occasion/interstate travel opportunities.

Experiences & Qualifications

While you don't need to meet all the criteria some of the key areas we are looking for in your background

  • Electrical qualifications (must have or near completion)
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Elevated Work Platform licence
  • Working at Heights licence
  • Confined Space Entry licence

We are not seeking a detailed technical background (though that's awesome if you have it). We can teach you the ins and outs of the petroleum industry, but we want to recruit people with an excellent work ethic and attitude.
